Welcome to She Rocks Girls Flag Football San Diego! Established in 2021, we proudly serve as Southern California's premier youth flag football league for girls ages 7-17. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a fun, exciting, and empowering experience where girls can build confidence, friendships, and football skills in a supportive environment.
Our league is fully dedicated to developing agility, fundamental football skills, technique, and overall athleticism. We offer more than just football—it's a vibrant community where every girl can thrive, no matter her skill level. Our program is inclusive, accessible, and insured, ensuring safety, fun, and peace of mind with professional coaching, trained officials, and a nurturing environment.

When Do We Play?
Teams practice once or twice a week, with specific practice schedules set collaboratively between coaches and parents. Games typically occur weekly, on Sundays.
Who Can Join?
All girls aged 6-17 are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned players. Our coaches are dedicated to developing every player's skills, confidence, and love for the game.
